Beyond her role at Powered by MJ LLC, Megan leads a multifaceted life. As a serial CEO, she heads an events management company and thrives as a real estate investor and licensed realtor. Beyond her lifestyle by design, MJ embraces relaxation with spa days and ventures into the world, immersing herself in diverse cultures, attending sporting events, and indulging in a good read.

I was responsible for the HR strategy, operations, compliance, change and project management, conflict resolution, and managed a team of HR professionals. I have also held various HR management roles at Kearney & Company and Allegis Group, where I handled employee relations, compliance, policy and process design, and performance management for large and diverse workforces. I have a strong background in HR compliance, operations, business process reengineering, change and project management, employee relations and I have earned multiple certifications from prestigious institutions, such as Stanford University, Duke Corporate Education, and the Executive Leadership Council. I have a passion for creating and fostering inclusive, healthy, and high-performing work environments, where people can thrive and grow. I am a collaborative, supportive, and empowering leader, who values innovation, excellence, and diversity.

Sana collaborates with hiring managers globally to devise customized recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. She excels in fostering positive candidate experiences and effectively manages a geographically dispersed talent pool through remote work capabilities.

With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, Sana has demonstrated expertise in US government contracts and has led to the successful placement of over more than 100 candidates across various industries.

Noteworthy achievements include leading a team of recruiters in developing and implementing a new recruiting process, resulting in a 20% increase in hiring efficiency. Sana has also been recognized as the best performer, showcasing her dedication and impact in the field. Sana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) and has certifications in HRIS is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CPHR).

Outside her professional pursuits, Sana is an avid traveler, combining her love for exploration with her commitment to work and personal growth. Sana sees travel as more than just a way to get away – it's like a big garden where she grows personally. In his current role, he excels in strategic planning, budget management, and overseeing the daily operations, where he brings his extensive experience to the forefront.

With an educational background in Aircraft Maintenance Technologies, having earned an Associates Degree, Brandon's foundation of knowledge and practical experience is extensive. His journey commenced after graduating from Crossland High School in 1998, and he embarked on his path by joining the DC Air National Guard in 1999. Rising through the ranks, he acquired training and experience, becoming an invaluable asset to the organization.

In addition to his professional achievements, Brandon is also deeply passionate about his personal interests and hobbies. He has a penchant for collecting and restoring classic cars, breathing life into vintage automotive treasures. Beyond the garage, he enjoys collecting vintage stereo equipment, delving into the world of audio history and technology.

Brandon's career encompasses combat deployments and pivotal roles as an aircraft inspector, where he conducted meticulous inspections and played a vital role in the development of the first Air Sovereignty Alert mission following the September 11th terrorist attack. His unwavering dedication and comprehensive skill set have solidified him as a cornerstone leader in the District of Columbia Air National Guard.
