With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior leader who drives strategic, operational, and cultural change in organizations. Currently, I am a Senior Director of HR at Medable, a leading platform for decentralized clinical trials. There, I oversee the HR policies, processes, systems, and compliance, and lead the HR transformation initiatives to support the company's growth and vision. Previously, I served as the Chief People Officer (Interim) and the Senior Director of HR Compliance and Operations at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.
I was responsible for the HR strategy, operations, compliance, change and project management, conflict resolution, and managed a team of HR professionals. I have also held various HR management roles at Kearney & Company and Allegis Group, where I handled employee relations, compliance, policy and process design, and performance management for large and diverse workforces. Senior Master Sergeant Brandon J. Diggs, with a remarkable career spanning 11 years in Human Resources and 13 years in Aircraft Maintenance, is a seasoned leader renowned for his exceptional skills. Holding the prestigious designation of Recruiting and Retention Superintendent, Brandon currently serves as the Recruiting and Retention Senior Enlisted Leader at Joint Force Headquarters, District of Columbia Air National Guard.
Brandon is a distinguished professional with specialized expertise, holding the title of a Brooks Group Senior Sales Manager Certified.
In his current role, he excels in strategic planning, budget management, and overseeing the daily operations, where he brings his extensive experience to the forefront.
With an educational background in Aircraft Maintenance Technologies, having earned an Associates Degree, Brandon's foundation of knowledge and practical experience is extensive. His journey commenced after graduating from Crossland High School in 1998, and he embarked on his path by joining the DC Air National Guard in 1999. Rising through the ranks, he acquired training and experience, becoming an invaluable asset to the organization.
In addition to his professional achievements, Brandon is also deeply passionate about his personal interests and hobbies. He has a penchant for collecting and restoring classic cars, breathing life into vintage automotive treasures. Beyond the garage, he enjoys collecting vintage stereo equipment, delving into the world of audio history and technology.
Brandon's career encompasses combat deployments and pivotal roles as an aircraft inspector, where he conducted meticulous inspections and played a vital role in the development of the first Air Sovereignty Alert mission following the September 11th terrorist attack. His unwavering dedication and comprehensive skill set have solidified him as a cornerstone leader in the District of Columbia Air National Guard.
